CTLS aims to operate without collecting personal data wherever possible. Specifically:

We do not require you to create an account for CoachLink or other CTLS apps.
We do not collect or store your content on CTLS-operated servers.
We do not use in-app analytics or advertising SDKs that send your data to third parties.
If you contact us directly (for example, by emailing hello@ctls.dev), we will receive the information you include in that message so that we can respond.

Our hosting providers may generate basic, short-lived technical logs (such as IP address and user-agent) purely for security and reliability. We do not use these logs to build profiles, and we do not sell or share this information for advertising.
